The Chief Engineer is a multi-faceted senior leader who directs the successful construction, redevelopment, and delivery of multifamily real estate holdings. In this role, the Chief Engineer will lead a team of specialized Construction Managers and Redevelopment Construction Project Managers ensuring successful asset development, redevelopment projects, and final building completion by creating, directing, and enforcing standards for construction projects and vendor relations, while setting the guidelines and expectations for construction financial plans.
Chief Engineer - On-Site
The Chief Engineer is a key member of the on-site management team which contributes greatly to the leadership and financial performance of the asset. In this role, the team member is primarily responsible for the repair, improvement, and preservation of the asset as well as oversight of the engineering team. Specifically, the Chief Engineer is in charge of the mentoring and management of the engineering team, curb appeal, preservation and improvement of the asset, while delivering exemplary customer service.

The Chief Financial Officer is a highly-valued member of the Executive Team. In this global leadership role, the primary focus is to maximize the financial performance of the Company’s assets, while being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and adhering to Company, local, state, and federal regulations at all times.
